Relationship Photography

In his Relationship Photography sessions Dallas Photographer Norman Klaunig focuses on the emotional bond between two people. He captures the essence of your relationship - photographing you as you really are.

What we do is more than just un-posed, candid child and family photography like you will find at other Dallas photographers. Norman does not ask you to ignore the camera, but rather creates an atmosphere of trust and openness that allows you to be yourself. In communication with him images are created that will communicate to the viewer just as lively.

Norman will work with each of you individually for a short period of time to help you relax and ease into the session.

For families or other groups with more than two people we suggest breaking up the group into smaller units for the session as it is rarely possible to truly capture more than one relationship in one Relationship Portrait.

In planning your Portrait Session it is necessary to have all people who will be included in the shoot present at the Pre-Session Consultation. This will allow Norman to get to know you and learn about your relationship(s). Based on that he will recommend the combinations of people to be photographed.

Sometimes the familiar environment of your home or another special place can be more appropriate for your session than a studio setting. This can be discussed during your Pre-Session Consultation.

We are based in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, but are available for national and international travel.
